Winter Parking Ordinance
Village Code of Ordinances Sec. 54-66 Parking or standing motor vehicles on major streets.
No person shall park or leave standing any motor vehicle upon any major street in the Village from December 1 through the following March 31 between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Major streets are: Main Street, from the West Village limits to East Village limits; Maple Street from North Village limits to South Village limits; Elm Street, from Walnut Street to Maple Street; Washington Avenue, from Walnut Street to Maple Street; Walnut Street, from Elm Street to Washington Avenue.
